Hooks are too tight to fit the handlebar: unsuccessfully tried on 4No different children's bikes (from 12" to 20"). Am I supposed to bend the hook open so the basket would fit? Please indicate the handlebar diameter this basket is designed to fit! The Jasmin children baskets are suitable for 12-20 Inch bikes. Suitable for steering thicknesses ranging from Ø 1,1-1,5 mm
