We are looking for an enthusiastic
Technical Product Manager for Hardware (32-40 hours)
The Reality:
From the Collection & Procurement department, you are at the beginning of the production cycle. You critically assess aspects like the feasibility and quality of bicycle baskets and attachment systems. Design agencies then collaborate with you to arrive at the right design. In your role, you coordinate the process to have the fully developed accessories produced by the right suppliers (often in the Far East) under the right conditions. An important part of your work also involves maintaining the existing collection, supplier and quality management. You work closely with colleagues from other departments and the collection manager.

What personality traits make you successful in this role:
You have at least a bachelor's degree and speak English fluently.
Experience of 3-5 years is a plus.
Development potential and a passion for innovation are crucial for us.
You derive energy from developing new products and/or improving existing products in terms of functionality and design.
You understand the customer experience of bicycle accessories from a technical perspective.
You enjoy being part of a dedicated team where you play an indispensable role.
You work interdisciplinary, and everything you do has an impact. So, you are a good chain thinker and communicator.
You have an affinity for collaborating with partners in the Far East and are a person whom people like to approach, both internally and externally. You have a positive, critical attitude with a hands-on mentality.
